Orders:

1. Does your hair come customized?

We bleach the knots at no extra cost to our honeys but we do not pluck. We believe plucking is based on personal preference and should be customized to your hairline, in your presence. We may offer this service at a later stage when we have a hairstylist that specializes in plucking but not yet.

2. Where are you based?

We are an online hair boutique operating from Johannesburg, South Africa. Due to safety concerns, we are unable to disclose where exactly we are based. We have plans to expand in the year 2024 and we cannot wait to host you in our salon space.

3. Can I become a model for Honey Comb Hair?

Of course you can! It is only a matter of time. Stay glued to our social media pages and website.

4. What grade is your hair?

We do not grade our hair as there is no consistent grading standard in the hair industry, most hair vendors create their own and this may be misleading.

5. Do you sell the same hair quality to influencers and everyday customers?

We pride ourselves in being a brand that sells exactly what we advertise. If you have had a bad experience with hair boutiques in the past, we unfortunately cannot be held liable for that and can only speak on our products and the service we give you. We do however advise that you make your purchase when you are fully happy and ready to purchase and you are guaranteed a pleasant customer experience.

7. Can I be featured on the Honey Comb Hair Website and social media pages?

Of course! If you tag us and use the Honey Comb Hair SA pages we will feature you provided the hair is represented in the best light i.e, installed well or brushed well.

8. I am looking for hair in a particular length and colour, can i order?

We offer the convenience of immediately available units as we sell in collections making our delivery quick and easier because the hair is ready to be shipped. Unfortunately, selling hair that we do not have in hand would require us to make the units on request thus adding more time in production.

 

Shipping & Returns:

1. How long does delivery take?

+/-10 Working days, T's and C's apply

2. Do you ship outside of South Africa?

Not yet. We are aware that this is one of the most requested services and we are working on it. The process is quite lengthy and we would appreciate a little more patience on this particular request.

3. Exchange and Return

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to notify Honey Comb of your dissatisfaction, a production fault or desire to exchange/get a refund

 

  • Return the hair to Honey Comb Hair within 7 days of receiving provided the hair has not been tempered with, worn, used or installed.

 

  • Hair that has been installed cannot be exchanged or returned for a full refund

 

  • Hair can be returned if there is a production fault within 7 days of wearing. We are able to amend it and send it back to the customer provided that they cover courier costs as the damages could be a case of wear and tear

 

  • A full refund into the customer's bank account only available for customers should the hair be returned, not having been installed or tempered with, within the 7 day period and is faulty due to Honey Comb Hair production oversight

 

  • Refunds are made every Friday of the week, however, Honey Comb Hair has to be in possession of the product before issuing a refund.

 

  • All Customer exchanges/returns that are facilitated and paid for by customers have to be sent to Postnet Melrose Arch

 

  • All Customer exchanges/returns that are facilitated and paid for by Honey Comb Hair will be done through our Courier Guy account.

 

  • Sale and Sample products cannot be returned.

 

  • All customers are entitles to exchanges and refunds within the strict policy stated above. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
